Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Meditech is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: Consistent 4-week schedule. Weeks 1 and 3: Sun 12:00P -10:30P / Mon - Wed: 9P - 7A. Weeks 2 and 4: Mon - Wed: 9P - 7A / Sat: 12:00P -10:30P. Holiday and on-call rotation.

Unit Details: Covers OR, ER, inpatient, and outpatient populations.

Special Requests: Must be separated from BILH for at least 6+ months to be considered.

Floating Requirements: May work off sites. Float to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
