Memory Care Director

Touchstone Communities is seeking a Memory Care Director (RN) to lead clinical and operational oversight of our memory care program. In this role, you will supervise nursing staff, coordinate individualized care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance for residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia. You will partner closely with families, mentor caregivers, and promote a safe, homelike environment grounded in servant leadership, compassion, and faith-based values while driving high standards of quality, dignity, and person-centered care.
