Legacy Health is seeking a Staff RN to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative, patient-first environment. As a key member of the interdisciplinary team, you will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and ensure accurate documentation in the EHR. You will educate patients and families, support safe discharges, and uphold quality, safety, and infection-control standards while mentoring newer staff.
