Hospice RN Executive Director

Gentiva is seeking a Hospice RN Executive Director to lead a compassionate hospice team delivering home-based end-of-life care. In this role, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and support an interdisciplinary team of nurses, social workers, chaplains, and aides. You will partner closely with families and community providers to uphold patient dignity, safety, and comfort.
