Sanitation Maintenance Technician 1st Shift

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and facility services, is seeking a Sanitation Maintenance Technician 1st Shift to join their team. As a Sanitation Maintenance Technician 1st Shift, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting both Maintenance and Quality teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, building maintenance experience, and a proactive approach to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sanitation Maintenance Technician 1st Shift

Location: Germantown, WI

Pay Range: Up to $30.00/hour DOE

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Assist the Maintenance team with facility and equipment-related tasks
• Support sanitation and quality initiatives throughout both facilities
• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with corrective actions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What's Needed?

• Valid Driver's License required
• Ability to travel between Germantown and Menomonee Falls facilities
• Previous building maintenance, mechanical, or maintenance technician experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
