Supplier Quality Engineer
What you'll do
- Partner with suppliers to ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.
- Conduct supplier audits, source inspections, and customer quality support activities.
- Manage supplier corrective actions and drive effective issue resolution.
- Develop statements of work and quality requirements for critical components and suppliers.
- Support manufacturing, testing, and inspection activities throughout the product lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate technical, manufacturing, and process risks.
- Lead Material Review Board meetings and support nonconformance resolution.
- Prepare quality documentation, including quality reports, consent-to-ship packages, and end item data packages.
- Maintain and improve workmanship standards, procedures, and training programs.
- Support ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management system requirements.
- Up to 50% travel may be required.
What you need
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills – required
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment – required
- Experience with supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or aerospace quality systems – preferred
- Knowledge of corrective action processes, audits, and supplier management – preferred
- Familiarity with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles – preferred
- Experience with AS9100 quality management systems – preferred
- Measuring Machine (CMM) with PCDMIS experience - preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project – required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience – required

Salary Range:
$96,600.00-$128,800.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
