• Clinic and call coverage -- Mon - Fri outpatient with weeknight supervising call
• Weekend 24-hr call required
• Assigned patients and ED/unassigned call coverage
• High-acuity patients; callbacks currently high
• Routine OB and gyn -- circumcisions required; C-sections and ED gyn procedures
• Advanced gyn surgeries such as laparoscopy highly preferred
• Vacation coverage -- department at risk of diversion without coverage
• Newly opening practice -- patient volume expected to grow over time
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
