Senior Auto Maintenance Technician

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Auto Maintenance Technician to keep our fleet and facilities vehicles operating safely and reliably. In this role, you’ll diagnose and repair gasoline and light diesel vehicles, perform preventive maintenance, and complete advanced troubleshooting using OEM diagnostic software and scan tools. You’ll manage work orders, maintain accurate service records, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Partner with operations and fleet leaders to minimize downtime and mentor junior techs, supporting Cox’s innovative, people-first culture and high service standards across our automotive brands.
