Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Michigan Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred.
- Documentation of 1+ year of clinical experience with geriatric patients preferred.
- Experience with common SNF equipment and procedures (gait training, transfers, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise) preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days .
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5x8 (0830–1630).
- VMS Contract Weeks: 13-week assignment.
- VMS Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
