Truck Driver Lead Opportunity - Escondido, CA
Are you a truck driver ready to take the next step in your career? Our growing construction materials company is seeking an experienced truck driver who can transition into a leadership role while continuing to work as a truck driver.
Position Details
  • Pay: Up to $80,000 per year
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Equipment: Automatic transmission dry van tractor trailers
  • Local, stable construction industry work
What You'll Do
  • Operate equipment as a professional truck driver
  • Serve as a lead truck driver and mentor other drivers
  • Help manage and support a fleet of drivers and equipment
  • Promote safe operations and a strong safety culture
  • Assist with transportation and fleet coordination
  • Be a dependable truck driver who leads by example
Requirements
  • Valid Class A CDL
