Our physical therapists provide individualized treatment with hands-on, compassionate care. We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Spring, Texas. - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate patient recovery and functional improvement
- Provide direct patient care in a supportive, encouraging manner while maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards
- Educate patients on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention strategies, and home exercise programs to promote long-term wellness
- Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation and patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care
- Monitor patient progress, analyze outcomes, and adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient response
- Manage multiple patient assignments simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality of care and attention to detail
- Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced clinical environment
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by staying current with emerging therapeutic practices and innovations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA-approved Doctor of Physical Therapy curriculum
- Current state Physical Therapy license for the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with proficiency in multitasking
- Demonstrated ability to assess patients, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic health record systems
- Outgoing, energetic personality with genuine passion for patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for diverse patient populations
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity required for hands-on patient treatment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sports medicine, orthopedics, or acute care settings
- Knowledge of advanced therapeutic modalities and equipment
