Area Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of multi-unit management experience
• Background managing QSR concepts required
• ServeSafe certification
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays
• Proven teamwork and strong work ethic
• Professional, respectful demeanor

Area Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• Prior experience guiding General Managers on performance metrics
• Strong understanding of P&L and operational excellence
• Coaching and motivational leadership approach

Area Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor General Managers to achieve outstanding operational performance
• Drive top-line sales, lead local marketing efforts, and support community events
• Hold teams accountable to established brand and operational standards
• Analyze and communicate P&L metrics to ensure sustained profitability
• Encourage teamwork with a positive, hands-on approach
