This facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Annual volume: 22,000
• Physician shift times: 6:30a-2:30p, 1:30p-10:30p, 9:30p-6:30a
• NP/PA Coverage: 12-20 hours of advanced practice provider (APP) coverage
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC
• Certifications required: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Facility Location
The city‘s strong ties to the railroad industry are honored by three local museums. One of those, the Union Pacific Museum, also known as the former Carnegie Library, is located in downtown Council Bluffs. The shopping center, the casino, and the Westfair Amphitheater have made Council Bluffs a growing entertainment spot. German born astronaut, Hans Wilhelm Schlegel, graduated as an international exchange student from Lewis Central High School in Council Bluffs.
