About Kingdom Autocare & Hiller Automotive

Kingdom Autocare & Hiller Automotive is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join its group of three locally owned shops. This role offers a $40,000–$60,000 base salary plus performance bonus, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, and a supportive, team-focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for service customers.
• Write accurate repair orders and clearly communicate vehicle needs.
• Present service and repair recommendations professionally.
• Coordinate with technicians to maintain efficient workflow.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
• Support customer satisfaction and shop productivity.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience.
• Dealership or independent repair shop experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Comfortable managing a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented.

Compensation & Benefits

• $40,000–$60,000 base salary + performance bonus.
