Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• KY Physical Therapy State License
• Minimum of one year of experience as a PT in an acute setting is required.
• Valid driver‘s license and auto insurance with your name as a listed driver.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: M-F, 8:15am - 5pm.
• Weekend requirement: 1 weekend per month on-call.
