Full job description

LOCATION: STOCKTON CA

CLIENT:	Movement for Life 1716 West Hammer Lane Stockton, CA 95204
SETTING:	PT - OP Ortho clinic
START DATE:	ASAP ideally Sept/early Oct
GUARANTEE:	40 hrs/wk
ASSIGNMENT LENGTH:	13 weeks
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE:	Prior OP Ortho exp is required
STAFF:	Multiple other PTs and PT Aides on staff in each clinic
EMR:	Prompt
CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING:	Patients scheduled every 40 minutes – 12 patients in 8 hr day May be double-booked 2-3x in a single day – so that would be a max of 15 patients per day Could see 2-3 new evals per day which would reduce the total # of patients treated.
SCHEDULE:	M-F no wknds - 5x8s
ADDITIONAL INFO:	Current travel client with direct contact Movement For Life was awarded "Private Practice of the Year" by APTA
LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS:	< 1 hr south of Sacramento 1.5 hrs east of San Francisco ~2 hrs west of Yosemite NP
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:	DOB/SSN and presentables
COVID VACCINE REQUIRED?	Yes - medical/religious exemptions will be considered
TAKE HOME:
BILL RATE:	$80-90 DOE - nothing off top
