Clinical Pharmacist

As a Clinical Pharmacist (Nights) at MedStar Health, you will provide advanced clinical pharmacy services during overnight hours in an acute care setting. You will review and verify medication orders, optimize dosing, and ensure safe, evidence-based medication use for diverse patient populations. Working closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams, you will support therapeutic drug monitoring, antimicrobial stewardship, and code response. You will educate patients and staff, contribute to formulary and quality initiatives, and document interventions in the EHR.
