The Lead, Global Markets Strategy is a role on the Global Markets Strategy (“GMS”) team, to be based in New York, reporting to the Director of Global Markets Strategy. This role is designed to have a strategic and analytical focus on our multi-year growth journey in our Markets.
What You Will Do
Partner with regional Market MDs and GMs on strategy formulation, feedback, and refinement of regional strategies and plans, including annual strategies, GM 3-year visions, and market landscape assessmentsAttend and play an active role in relevant M&S Growth Region QBR meetingsCollaborate with GMS team members on key strategic deliverables including annual M&S market prioritization and budgetingDrive critical financial analysis alongside FP&A to deepen understanding of regional financial dynamics and continued profitable growthBuild financial models to analyze growth and business dynamics of key competitors and peers in consumer tech, informing and improving user, subscriber, and revenue growth strategiesLead and collaborate on key regional or cross-regional strategic and analytical projects with market GMs, MDs, and their MSOsMaintain familiarity with the strategic pillars and key scope elements of company bets driven by Subs and other Missions, surfacing implications and decision points for MarketsIdentify and influence key bet teams to advance Markets goals, including go-to-market on key product features
Who You Are
You have 8+ years of experience working at a tech company, management consultancy, or similar organizationYou have extensive experience and expertise in growing consumer tech businesses in a global contextYou hold an undergraduate degree, ideally in a quantitative major; a Master's degree or MBA is a plusYou have experience collaborating with colleagues across differing functions, levels of seniority, and across countries and time zones to craft and execute successful business strategiesYou have significant experience working in high-growth, dynamic organizations with a demonstrated ability to drive resultsYou are an organized, process-driven strategic thinker with strong project management skillsYou are perceptive and proactive about improving how teams work together, with experience identifying cross-functional business opportunities and developing working models in complex environmentsYou have proven results demonstrating thought leadership and business judgment, and communicating rigorous analysis and insights with simplicity, clarity, and confidenceYou learn new concepts, technologies, and businesses quickly and produce quality work in short timeframes

The United States base range for this position is $146,891- $183,614 USD, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, paid flexible holidays, and paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
