Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, and support patients in improving mobility, function, and independence. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document patient progress, educate patients and families, and uphold safety and regulatory standards in a supportive, patient-centered environment that values professional growth and clinical excellence.
