In this role, you will analyze performance across distribution, logistics, and customer service, identify gaps, and implement process improvements that drive safety, service, and cost efficiency. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you’ll standardize best practices, leverage data to optimize capacity and inventory, and champion a safety- and performance-driven culture. You will present insights to leadership, build business cases, mentor managers, and lead change to support growth across our nationwide network.
