Job Description <br><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>Provide personalized care and support to clients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring a high-quality, compassionate service that meets the individual needs of each client. Work closely with the client and their family to promote independence, safety, and overall well-being.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Personalized Care:</strong> Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene, while encouraging their independence.</li><li><strong>Nutritional Support:</strong> Plan and prepare healthy, nutritious meals tailored to the client's preferences and dietary needs. Heavy lifting, pushing or pulling objects up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up in excess of 45 pounds of force repeatedly to move objects.</li><li>Stands and walks constantly during working hours with occasional sitting, kneeling, squatting, and reaching above shoulder height and fine motor control with fingers.
