What You'll Do
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll play an important role in providing quality care and supporting positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include:

• Provide direct patient care and monitor resident conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition
• Assist with assessments and care planning
• Document care accurately in electronic medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Provide wound care and nursing procedures within scope of practice
• Educate residents, patients, and families on care plans and treatments
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN license
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospice experience preferred but not required
