Specialty Chemical Processor

Beynon Sports Surfaces, Inc. is looking for a Chemical Process Operators to work in our Manufacturing facility located in Hunt Valley, MD.  This is a Full Time, non-exempt  position to work in our Manufacturing Plant.  Qualified candidate will work 6am-2pm Monday- Friday, (subject to change depending on needs) and overtime and weekend work is available.  Our ideal candidate has….

Role/Skills:

Must be committed to working and operating safely and follow all plant and company safety and environmental rules and procedures, as well as wearing all required PPE Ensure compliance to all ISO 9001 quality procedures and work instructions, to include creating and maintaining records as required. Work well in a team environment as well as function independently Communicate effectively with others to ensure production demands are obtained Possess a high level of attention to detail Participate in all phases of production/warehousing as required Proficient in organizing and operating process and test equipment Produce products on time as prescribed by ISO standards and work tasks instructions to meet quality specifications Available for required overtime hours and weekends as needed during peak production (Jun 1 – Oct 31) Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job to include lifting 55lbs bags repeatedly; climbing stairs, ladders, and tanks; filling and moving 55/275 gallon containers, turn valves and other physical activities as required Assist in other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Competencies:

• High School Diploma
• Two years’ experience in a chemical manufacturing environment along with forklift experience a plus
• Consistent attendance (On time and at work as scheduled)
• Strong work ethic
• Must have reliable transportation
