Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician

Kohl’s Department Stores is seeking a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our high-volume retail distribution operations. In this role, you’ll lead maintenance for conveyors, sorters, forklifts, and building systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled equipment, performing preventive and predictive maintenance, coordinating repairs with vendors, and mentoring junior technicians. You’ll help minimize downtime, support safety and quality initiatives, and partner closely with operations teams in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
