Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation within our inpatient hospital. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve independence in daily activities. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will document progress, educate patients and families, and contribute to a nurturing, dynamic environment dedicated to high-quality, goal-driven recovery and professional growth.
