Midlife Registered Dietitian

Pomelo Care seeks a mission-driven Registered Dietitian to provide virtual nutrition care for individuals in midlife and caregivers in maternal, newborn, and infant health programs. In this contract role, you’ll conduct telehealth assessments, design personalized, evidence-based nutrition plans, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, behavioral health, and care coordinators. You’ll educate patients on chronic disease risk reduction, weight management, and family nutrition, document in the EMR, and use data and feedback to refine care pathways. This is a fully remote, flexible position within a fast-growing, impact-focused startup.
