1:1 Pediatric Home Health LPN

Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate 1:1 Pediatric Home Health LPN to provide skilled nursing care to children in their homes. In this role, you’ll deliver direct, individualized care including assessments, medication administration, trach/vent or feeding tube support, and ongoing monitoring. You’ll collaborate with RNs, therapists, and families to follow care plans, educate caregivers, and promote safety and comfort.
