As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, Inpatient Rehab Registered Nurse, you provide direct patient care while leading day-to-day clinical operations on the rehabilitation unit. You coordinate admissions and discharges, guide and support nursing staff, monitor care quality and safety, and help manage schedules and resources.
