Surgical / OR Tech I

RWJBarnabas Health, New Jersey’s largest integrated healthcare system, is seeking a Surgical / OR Tech I to support safe, efficient surgical care in a high-acuity operating room. In this entry-level role, you will prepare ORs, assemble and maintain instruments, and assist surgeons and nurses while upholding strict aseptic and infection control standards. You’ll help with patient positioning, counts, room turnover, and documentation.
