Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist at a skilled nursing facility in Monroe, MI, where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Michigan Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. Ability to document patient care electronically and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with mobility training, fall prevention programs, and restorative nursing protocols. Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
Assignment Details
Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30. Shift Days: Monday through Friday. Typical weekly hours: 35.
