Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Active Arizona license required to start the assignment, or compact eligibility
Assignment Details
* Short-term assignment through the end of October
* Float to other Tucson-area locations may be required to complete a 13-week assignment
* 30 day notice requested
