Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HWL Program - Northside Hospital and no current placement allowed at Program: HWL Program - Northside Hospital.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Must have been continuously working in this specialty for the past 24 months, with no breaks in employment over 30 consecutive days.

Required Credentials: GTS certification required.

Unit Details: Inpatient/outpatient GI lab with GI and pulmonary diagnostic and interventional procedures. ERCP, SpyGlass, EUS, navigation bronch.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri schedule. Intermittent weeknight and weekend call. Must work 2 major holidays out of 3: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day. Expected to work 1 minor holiday out of these 3: Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve.

Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certifications CORST (National Healthcareer Association (NHA)), NCORST (National Healthcare Workers Association (NHWA)), NCST (Healthcare Professionals Competency Testing (HPCT)), NCST (American Allied Health (AAH)), NRCST (National Association for Healthcare Professionals (NAHP)), TS-C (National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT))
