Full job description

The Warren Center seeks a Rehab Certified Nursing Assistant to support children with developmental delays and disabilities in a mission-driven, family-centered setting. The CNA will assist licensed therapists and nurses with pediatric rehab treatments, ADLs, positioning, mobility, and play-based activities; prepare and sanitize treatment areas and equipment; accurately document care; and support families during sessions. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the Rehab CNA promotes safety, inclusion, and progress toward individualized therapy goals while upholding infection control standards and child-centered, trauma‑informed care practices.
