SSM Health is seeking an experienced RN Charge Nurse to lead compassionate, patient-centered care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this on-site leadership role, you will coordinate daily unit operations, oversee staffing and patient assignments, and provide high-quality direct nursing care. You will mentor nursing staff, support clinical decision-making, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
