Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)
  • Supervise and coordinate daily office operations within the Facilities Department.
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping of maintenance, repair, and compliance documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for department leadership.
  • Monitor work order requests and ensure timely assignment and completion.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and payment requests.
  • Track expenditures and maintain financial records.
  • Coordinate procurement of supplies, equipment, and contracted services.
  • Serve as primary administrative contact for vendors and contractors.
  • Maintain vendor contracts, insurance certificates, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate department schedules, on-call rosters, and vacation calendars.
  • Maintain employee records, certifications, and training documentation.

Education

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Facility Management, or related field preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of administrative or office supervisory experience.
  • Experience in a healthcare, hospital, facilities management, engineering, or maintenance environment preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use office equipment for extended periods.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital campus as needed.

Shift: M-F 8a-4p

Salary Range: $32.725/hr. -$34.287/hr.
