- Ensures compliance with all regulatory standards at the campus.
- Provides oversight of capital equipment and department construction projects, collaborating with vendor partners to implement new technologies.
- Improves quality by ensuring timely delivery of results and clinical quality measurement of Imaging exams and procedures.
- Develops and implements strategic plans for Imaging operations, including budgets and process improvement activities.
- Manages relationships within the Imaging departments, interdepartmentally, with customers, and medical staff.
- Oversees operational and strategic leadership for the Imaging department across multiple sites.
- Ensures exceptional patient experience in assigned areas, achieving patient experience results.
- Oversees efficiency, effectiveness, and utilization of procedural areas, staff, and equipment.
- Hires, orients, evaluates, and disciplines leadership for the Imaging department, maintaining high staff engagement.
- Executes regional initiatives driving clinical excellence for Imaging services in various settings.
- Manages financial oversight of a multi-million-dollar budget, ensuring performance accountability and efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education:
- Associate's [Required]

Work Experience:
- 3+ managing in a procedural and/or clinical setting [Required]
- 5+ managing in a procedural and/or clinical setting [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:
- Registered Technologist - Radiography RT(R)(ARRT) [Preferred] OR
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) [Preferred] OR
- American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) [Preferred] OR
- Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) [Preferred] OR
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) [Preferred] OR
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) [Preferred] OR
- Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) [Preferred]
