Our team of experts takes pride in ensuring homes are safe, secure, and comfortable. We are now seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing family in Bloomington, IN.

As a Sales Representative with RCV Roofing you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality experience while representing a company known for integrity and long-term relationships. You'll spend the majority of your time in the field traveling to local appointments in a company-provided vehicle, building relationships and creating positive customer experiences. Bone Dry Roofing has earned a strong reputation by treating customers and employees with respect, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and always striving to do what's right. We believe great customer service is the foundation of long-term success, and every Sales Representative plays a critical role in upholding that standard.

This position requires working sales appointments in the local market. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, enjoys meeting new people, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service throughout every stage of the sales process. 

Our Sales Representatives are introduced to our Industry Leading Sales System, where you will be given all of the tools you need to succeed.

Industry experience is not required. To be considered, candidates must be willing to climb ladders and work at heights to access the customers roofing needs, possess a valid driver's license, and successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screen.   • Training pay and commission based structure with earning potential range of $50,000-$80,000
