In this clinical, patient-facing role, you’ll provide hands-on rehabilitation support, assist with assessments, deliver and reinforce therapy plans, monitor patient progress, and document care in the EHR. You’ll collaborate daily with nurses, therapists, and physicians in a team-focused setting that values compassion, integrity, and continuous improvement.
