Full job description
U.S. Renal Care seeks a Dialysis Registered Nurse to provide home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis care for patients with chronic kidney disease. You will assess patients, develop and update care plans, perform and train patients/caregivers on home treatments, manage vascular/peritoneal access, monitor labs, and respond to complications. Collaborate with nephrologists and an interdisciplinary team while documenting in EMR.
