Certified Respiratory Therapist

Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality respiratory care to acute and critical care patients in a leading teaching hospital. Responsibilities include performing respiratory assessments, administering and monitoring oxygen and aerosol therapies, managing ventilators and airway devices, and responding to respiratory emergencies and rapid response calls. The therapist will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams, follow evidence-based protocols, educate patients and families, document care in the EMR, and support a patient-centered, safety-focused, and learning-oriented culture.
