Production Associate - 1st Shift

$17.00/hour

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Overtime available until 4:30 PM as needed

Join one of the largest toddler mattress producers in the United States! We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our production team in Neenah. This position offers hands-on manufacturing experience, cross-training opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Position Overview

Production Associates work in one primary area while receiving cross-training in multiple departments to support production needs.

Responsibilities

• Lay out production materials, including springs and fillers
• Operate tools used to secure springs and filler materials
• Pull fabric over products and operate vacuum equipment
• Package finished products into plastic bags or cardboard boxes
• Heat seal and label finished products for shipment
• Stack finished products onto pallets for shipping
• Measure and cut fabric according to product specifications (as trained)
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and staging materials in the warehouse

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
• Willingness to learn and work in multiple departments
