Full job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with around 3–8 years of professional experience to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Salary: $30-36/hour depending on experience

This role is fully onsite for the 1st 6 months (hybrid potential after that initial training period)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications (email, phone, correspondence) on behalf of executives
  • Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and internal/external communications
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
  • Organize and support executive meetings, board meetings, and special events, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive information with discretion
  • Support expense reporting, budget tracking, and invoice processing

Requirements:

  • 3+ years related work experience
