REGISTERED NURSE

AccentCare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse, Home Health to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in clients’ homes. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide skilled nursing services including medication administration, wound care, and chronic disease management. You will collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and document care using EMR systems while working largely independently in the field.
