Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
- Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
- New graduates accepted. First-time travelers accepted.
- Ability to meet productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day with routine double-booking of follow-up visits.
- Candidate must be willing to float to other clinics as needed.
- OT hours must be approved by director before working overtime.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Type: 8-hour day shift.
- Guaranteed hours: 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
- Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week; will see approximately 12–14 patients per day.
- Float Requirement: Yes, candidate may be required to float to other clinics.
