RemX is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to hire Licensed Health Insurance Sales Agents for a fully remote opportunity.

In this position, you'll assist individuals in understanding their health insurance options, evaluate their needs, and recommend coverage solutions that align with their healthcare and financial goals. You'll primarily handle inbound calls while delivering exceptional service and identifying enrollment opportunities.

Remote Licensed Health Insurance Sales Agent

Location: Remote

Pay: $20.00/hr + Performance-Based Incentives

Training Start Date: 9/22/2026

Training Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST

Responsibilities:

• Educate customers on health insurance plans and benefits
• Recommend coverage solutions based on individual needs
• Build rapport and provide outstanding customer service
• Meet sales and performance goals
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Navigate a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Qualifications:

• Active Health Insurance License in your state of residence
• Prior sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Comfortable working toward performance goals
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
