Kitchen Manager Benefits and Compensation:
- $65,000–$70,000 base salary

Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of kitchen management experience
- Background in upscale casual dining or steakhouse concepts
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop BOH teams
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen standards
- Experience managing food costs, labor, and inventory controls
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Must Haves
- Lead daily kitchen operations with a hands-on, shoulder-to-shoulder leadership style
- Ensure consistent execution of menu items and uphold quality standards during peak service
- Manage ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships to maintain cost targets
- Train, coach, and develop kitchen staff while maintaining accountability and morale
- Monitor prep, line readiness, and service flow to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards
Kitchen Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in high-volume, scratch kitchens
- Strong tenure showing growth within reputable brands
- Exposure to steakhouse or elevated grill concepts
- Passion for team development and creating a positive kitchen culture
- Ability to adapt quickly and remain calm under pressure
- Experience with scheduling systems and kitchen management tools
