Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from surgery, injury, or illness, ensuring each therapy session aligns with their rehabilitation goals.
• Guide patients through a range of prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities, providing clear instructions and encouragement to foster confidence and progress.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting their advancements and challenges accurately in our electronic health record system, allowing for seamless updates between therapy sessions.
• Educate patients and their families on safe exercise techniques and home care practices, promoting independence and long-term recovery strategies.
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment, ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and readily available for use, contributing to a safe patient experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
