Full job description

Encompass Health seeks a Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitative care for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. In this contract/PRN role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, and educate patients and families on home programs. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document accurately, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to a mission-driven, patient-centered environment that values clinical excellence, integrity, and continuous learning.
