RN Manager - Medical Stepdown

Mercy seeks an experienced RN Manager to lead our Medical Stepdown unit on full-time day shifts. The RN Manager oversees clinical operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, and compassionate care for acutely ill patients transitioning from critical care. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching nursing staff, coordinating patient flow, managing staffing and resources, and driving quality and safety initiatives.
