Machine Operator II

Our client, a medical device manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator II to join their team. As a Machine Operator II, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator II

Location: Marlborough, MA

Pay Range: $22.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Operate manufacturing equipment according to established SOPs, work instructions, and specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain operational logbooks and production documentation.
• Support preventative maintenance activities and report equipment issues to leadership.
• Assist with material handling, inventory control, and maintaining material segregation.
• Maintain GMP compliance, product quality standards, and a clean, orderly work area.

What's Needed?

• Manufacturing or packaging experience.
• Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and supervisor direction.
• Ability to work a 2nd shift schedule, Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, with potential overtime on Fridays.
